He has released gaming devices that appear to be knock-offs onto his website, souljawatch.com. His gaming devices include: Retro SouljaBoy Mini, SouljaGame Handheld, SouljaGame Fuze, and SouljaGame Console.
He is serious about his entrepreneurial endeavors and claims in an interview with Rolling Stone that, “Honestly, I feel that everything is 100% legit and there will be no reason for any legal ramifications or anything like that.” As of now, there is no news on whether Nintendo is going to take legal action against Soulja.
Anbernic’s product, nearly identical to Soulja’s product, can be found on AliExpress.
His Retro SouljaBoy Mini that is listed at $69.99 is made by Anbernic, a company who has the same product listed at $66.99 on AliExpress. Item descriptions on both sites are nearly identical. SouljaBoy Mini appears to be a re-branding of Anbernic’s with more game titles included but it is unclear as to what those games may be.
